The Impact and Future of Project MEND

The "A Toast to 30 Years of Mobility" gala was tremendously successful and Project MEND raised almost $125,000 through the generosity of the community. The success of the gala was a great way to keep Project MEND’s momentum going after recently raising more than $6,000 in donations from San Antonio’s “The Big Give 2023,” which is the largest community giving event in South Central Texas. These generous donations will go a long way in expanding Project MEND's reach and support for individuals with disabilities in San Antonio for years to come.

Project MEND's 30th anniversary gala was a remarkable testament to the power of compassion and community. With the support of the San Antonio community and partners like GDC, Project MEND's mission to improve the lives of people with disabilities remains steadfast, ensuring that mobility, medical equipment, and independence are accessible to all.
