Internal Sales Incentive Campaigns

During a period of rapid organizational growth and a shift in the IT industry toward cloud-based computing, Rackspace turned to GDC for strategies to grow their book of business within Enterprise level companies. Targeting companies in the Fortune 100, GDC developed a toolkit for Rackspace’s sales team that included attention-grabbing door openers to secure face-to-face meetings with decision makers. Additionally, GDC ran a number of internal sales campaigns and assisted in a number of robust CRM efforts.
