Michele knows how to draw a crowd. It’s a skill that’s no doubt linked to her early days in radio and TV news, where she learned how to build a captive, loyal audience. And as former director of brand loyalty and promotions for GDC, she honed the talent to build long-lasting relationships with large customer bases for brands. She’s now in charge of retail and finance accounts, helping to draw customers back again and again.

In finance, Michele has been responsible for drawing crowds to Texas Dow Employees’ Credit Union (TDECU) and Citibank. In addition to strategic media campaigns, she has led responsive advocacy marketing strategies to meet the ever-changing needs of the TDECU members and residents of South Texas. Michele also guided a Citibank recruitment campaign that cut cost-per-hire in half.

In the retail sector, Michele has spearheaded customer relationship marketing for Procter & Gamble and H-E-B Grocery. The strategies she’s crafted have consistently built lasting relationships with customers and surpassed sales goals, including P&G’s 6-to-1 ROI standard.

And her ability to draw a crowd doesn’t stop at marketing. Whether spending time with her husband and two children, Noah and Macey, or advocating for community involvement and education reform, Michele engages people with her sincerity and passion.
