Hybrid Mom Launch
The dual debut of an emerging business’ brand and new magazine
Hybrid Mom was launching its magazine by the same name, a new publication for working and stay-at-home mothers. It would provide information and articles for women on all things mom: work/life balance, women’s health, family budgeting, childcare and more. Facing the difficulties of a young, emerging business, Hybrid Mom turned to GDC for the branding strategy and product launch of the new magazine.
GDC worked with Hybrid Mom since its inception to help position the product from a branding standpoint. The integrated approach involved a mix of marketing, public relations and digital branding.
- Coined the new positioning line, “Mother your ambition,” which created a rally cry for the target audience
- Developed public relations strategy and executed it on a national level
- Provided social media planning and execution to help the company successfully manage their online community
GDC’s work achieved national media coverage, and online traffic and publication sales continue to grow. Hybrid Mom was able to get its young brand and new product off the ground by targeting a specific online audience, which contributed to the credibility and relevance of the company.
